Land, access, slope, services, climate and controls shape the brief before architecture.

Development concept FAQs

What are the 12 Nepal resort development concepts?

They are site- and market-aware planning hypotheses for 12 Nepal locations. They are not live projects, land listings or investment solicitations.

Does Valley & Views own these sites or projects?

No ownership, site control or development approval is represented. A real assignment begins with the owner's land, objectives and written evidence.

Are the suggested key ranges final?

No. Each range is an early test-fit band. Survey, planning controls, slope, services, circulation, market evidence and operating model determine a responsible key count.

Do these concepts include investment returns?

No. They do not publish returns, valuations or funding promises. Feasibility requires current demand, cost, financing, tax and operating assumptions reviewed by qualified advisers.

Can I adapt a concept to my land?

Yes. Save a relevant concept, then use the Development Workspace to document location, land status, area, access, intended keys, positioning and support required.

Why is every concept linked to a Nepal location profile?

The destination profile provides independent planning context for access, season, guest purpose and local constraints; the exact parcel still needs its own investigation.

What evidence is needed before design?

At minimum: ownership and boundaries, survey, access, planning controls, geology where relevant, water and power, wastewater, environmental constraints, demand and a preliminary cost plan.

Can I compare concepts?

Yes. Save multiple concepts in the same private planning workspace, then review their location, type, key band and due-diligence differences.

Is the Development Workspace a feasibility study?

No. It structures an owner brief for review. It does not replace professional legal, survey, engineering, environmental, commercial or tax work.

Are images proposed designs?

No. Location images establish geographic context. They are not renderings, site photographs or representations of a proposed building.

Can an existing hotel use these ideas?

Yes. The programme and operating questions can support repositioning, but an existing-building audit and live performance evidence are required.

What happens after I submit a brief?

The enquiry records the concept and owner inputs for human review. It creates no contract, approval, quotation, booking or payment obligation.
