Development Workspace FAQs

What does the Development Workspace create?

It creates a structured early owner brief covering site, programme, project stage, key band, broad budget direction, timing and requested support.

Where are saved concepts stored?

Your saved concepts remain on this device. They are sent only when you deliberately submit the enquiry form.

Does the workspace save my personal contact data?

No. Personal details belong only in the final enquiry form and are submitted through the existing secure enquiry workflow.

Is the generated brief a quotation?

No. It is a discovery document. Cost, schedule and feasibility require project-specific evidence and qualified review.

What if I have not selected land?

Choose 'not selected'. The brief can still clarify concept, location priorities and the evidence a site search must collect.

Can I add more than one concept?

Yes. Comparing two or three relevant hypotheses can expose trade-offs before the project prematurely commits to one typology.

How accurate should the land area be?

Use the best currently documented figure and state the unit. A legal survey and verified boundaries are still required.

What should I enter for budget?

Select only a broad planning direction if known. It is not a price, funding confirmation or construction quotation.

Can I share the selected concepts?

Yes. The share link contains only the selected public concepts, not your form answers or personal information.

Why does the brief ask about access?

Guest, service, emergency and construction access can reshape the viable programme and delivery cost, especially on hill and remote sites.

Can the brief be changed after generation?

Yes. Update any field and rebuild it before submitting. The generated text is a review aid, not a locked document.

What is submitted with the enquiry?

The final message includes the structured brief and selected concept names. Submission still creates no contract, approval or payment.
