Route Discipline

Three rules that keep Nepal enjoyable

The builder helps structure a brief; current logistics remain a human verification task.

Protect arrival days

International arrival, traffic and domestic connections need buffers rather than immediate hard commitments.

Design alternatives

Weather-dependent views, flights, wildlife and outdoor activity should have a useful Plan B.

Reduce route churn

Fewer well-chosen bases usually create more experience than changing hotels every night.

Human Route Review

Validate the draft against real dates.

The generated selection and day count will be added to this enquiry. Include travellers, rooms, mobility, budget band and international flight details if known.

Nepal itinerary FAQs

What does the Nepal itinerary builder create?

It turns selected experience profiles and a chosen trip length into an initial day allocation and route-ordered planning brief.

Is the generated itinerary a confirmed booking?

No. It is a browser-generated draft. Transport, rooms, suppliers, activities, permits, prices and terms require current written confirmation.

How many experiences can I add?

You can select up to six. For short journeys, choose fewer destinations so the route does not become mostly transfers.

Does the builder calculate exact travel time?

No. Road, flight and local transfer times vary. It flags transfer planning but leaves exact timings for current route validation.

Can I save the itinerary?

Yes. Your selected experiences remain on this device, and a share link can recreate the selection and trip length.

Can I print or save the draft as PDF?

Yes. Use Print itinerary and choose Save as PDF in the browser print dialogue where supported.

Does the itinerary include hotel availability?

No. It links researched stay profiles where available, but live inventory and rates are never inferred.

How should I plan remote regions?

Mustang, Bardia, Ilam and Janakpur need extra access and contingency consideration. Combining too many remote regions in a short trip is discouraged.

Can families and travellers with limited mobility use the builder?

Yes as a starting brief, but every transfer, room, terrain and activity must be checked against the actual traveller requirements.

What information is sent when I build an itinerary?

The builder works in your browser. Personal details are sent only if you deliberately submit the enquiry form.

What should I add to the enquiry?

Add tentative dates, arrival point, traveller ages, rooms, mobility, budget range, selected experiences and non-negotiable needs.

When was the planning data reviewed?

The underlying research-led destination and experience information was reviewed on 24 August 2026. Time-sensitive details still require verification.
